Hi! I'm Aspen

Hello! I'm Aspen (they/them). I'm a gay furry nerd on the internet.

I created this website as a place to dump the small portion of things I make that aren't terrible. In the future I would like to add a blog to post longer rants and thoughts then what can fit into a Bluesky post.

About me

I enjoy programming. I mainly write in TypeScript and Go, and I'm learning Rust. I've tried most modern languages and I feel these all strike a decent balance of developer experience, mature ecosystems and good tooling.

Technology also interests me more broadly, I love playing with Linux and self-hosting things. In the future, I plan to host from a server with other services in the future! If you care what stuff I use, there's a page for that!

I'm currently trying to get into 3D modelling, game dev and video editing. I have some experience in each, but I don't have as much time to dedicate to them as I'd like.

I've done events production and get a lot of joy from lighting and sound design. I'd love to work in events production professionally, though I don't know how to get started in the industry.

If you care about my identity, I'm gay, non-binary (they/them, though he/him is ok) and autistic. Please refer to me with either gender-neutral or masculine terms.
